REMARKS...

THE SEPTEMBER TO NOVEMBER FALL OF 2017 WAS MARKED BY EARLY WINTER
WEATHER AT THE END OF THE MONTH OF OCTOBER FOLLOWED BY FLUCTUATING
TEMPERATURE BELOW AND ABOVE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES THROUGH NOVEMBER.
AT THE NWS/UND CLIMATE STATION THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE REACHED 94
DEGREES IN EARLY SEPTEMBER AND DROPPED TO MINUS ONE DEGREES BY MID
NOVEMBER. THE FALL OF 2017 WAS ABOVE AVERAGE IN PRECIPITATION WITH
5.78 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FALLING DURING THE THREE MONTH PERIOD.
8.4 INCHES OF SNOW FELL THIS FALL, WHICH IS 1.3 INCHES ABOVE THE
SEASONAL AVERAGE.
