THE FALL SEASON STARTED OUT ON THE WARM SIDE. AVERAGE TEMPERATURES
WERE THE WARMEST IN EARLY OCTOBER...AND DURING MUCH OF THE LAST WEEK
OF THAT MONTH. THE COLDEST PERIOD WAS DURING THE MIDDLE OF
NOVEMBER...WHEN DAILY TEMPERATURES WERE AS MUCH AS 15-20 DEGREES
BELOW AVERAGE. THERE WERE 11 DAYS WITH FREEZING TEMPERATURES...ALL
DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER. THIS MARKED THE MOST FREEZES IN THE
FALL SINCE 1993.

RAINFALL WAS BELOW THE 30-YEAR AVERAGE FOR THE THIRD FALL IN A ROW.
THIS WAS THE DRIEST FALL IN NEARLY A DECADE. SNOW FELL IN THE FALL
FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2001.

.TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH...LOW...AND SEASONAL TEMPERATURES WERE THE COOLEST
SINCE 2012.

.RAINFALL...
IT WAS THE DRIEST FALL SINCE 2005.

.SNOWFALL...
