Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will continue across the Lower Texas Gulf waters
through Monday. A cold front will cross the waters early Tuesday,
with reinforcing high pressure ridge building  toward the waters
later Tuesday and settling over the waters  Tuesday night and
Wednesday. The ridge will spread into the central Gulf Wednesday
night through Thursday, followed by another cold front Thursday
night. High pressure will quickly build into the waters from west
Texas Friday and Friday night. Light winds and slight seas will
prevail except Tuesday when moderate winds and seas will develop,
and Friday when moderate to strong winds and moderate to high
seas as possible.

.TUESDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming north 10 to
15 knots and gusty in the afternoon. A light chop on the bay
increasing to a moderate chop in the afternoon.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...North winds 5 to 10 knots. A light chop on the
bay.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 5 to 10 knots becoming northeast in the
afternoon. A light chop on the bay subsiding to smooth by evening.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots shifting south
after midnight. A light chop on the bay.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds around 5 knots shifting west in the
afternoon. Smooth on the bay. Slight chance of showers.

10 to 15 knots and gusty after midnight. A light chop on the bay
increasing to a moderate chop after midnight. Slight chance of
showers.
.FRIDAY...North winds 15 knots and gusty. Bay waters a moderate
chop but locally choppy in the center channel. Slight chance of
morning showers.
