Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
958 PM CST Tue Feb 20 2018

.SYNOPSIS...Southerly flow will remain moderate through the
overnight and into Wednesday, especially beyond 20 nautical miles
and over portions of the southern Laguna Madre. Additionally,
patchy marine fog will be possible, especially right along the
coastline. Marine conditions will gradually improve through the
remainder of the work week as a cold front stalls to the north and
high pressure remains more dominant across the Gulf. Breezes
freshen and seas build late in the week and this weekend as
southerly winds increase in advance of another cold front.
