.SYNOPSIS...THE INTERACTION BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE GULF
AND AN APPROACHING FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM THE WEST WILL SUPPORT
MODERATE TO STRONG SOUTH WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS TODAY. MEANWHILE,
A SERIES OF LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS OVER THE PLAINS WILL INTERACT
WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN GULF KEEPING A STRONGER
