.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Winds the next few days will follow a typical pattern in the summer
with stronger winds overnight and lighter winds during the day.
Southerly flow will persist through the weekend but wind speeds
should decrease. Seas should drop from 3 to 5 feet to 1 to 3 feet
for the weekend. A few showers will be possible through the morning
hours and develop inland during the day.
