.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
A LIGHT TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PREVAIL THIS AFTERNOON BUT ARE
EXPECTED TO STRENGTHEN SIGNIFICANTLY TONIGHT AND FRIDAY IN  RESPONSE
TO AN INTENSIFYING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE PLAINS.  A COLD
FRONT WILL APPROACH THE COASTAL WATERS ON SATURDAY BUT THE  FRONT IS
FORECAST TO STALL INLAND. ONSHORE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO  PREVAIL
THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
