.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Some scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible across the
waters through the next several days. Onshore winds will ramp up
around mid week as we become sandwiched between surface high
pressure over the eastern US and a developing surface cyclone over
the lee of the Rockies.
