.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
A RIDGE NORTH OF THE STATE WILL WEAKEN TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. A NEW
HIGH WILL BUILD NORTH OF THE AREA AND SHIFT EASTWARD AND WILL
PRODUCE MODERATE TO LOCALLY STRONG TRADE WINDS THIS WEEKEND AND
EARLY NEXT WEEK. A VERY LARGE WEST NORTHWEST SWELL WILL AFFECT THE
AREA BEGINNING SATURDAY.
