A STRONG SURFACE HIGH LOCATED FAR NORTHEAST OF THE ISLANDS WILL
MOVE SLOWLY WEST-NORTHWEST THROUGH THIS WEEKEND. A WEAK SURFACE
TROUGH IS EXPECTED TO MOVE FROM EAST TO WEST ACROSS THE AREA THIS
WEEKEND...LEADING TO A REDUCTION IN TRADE WIND SPEEDS. ONCE THIS
TROUGH PASSES LATE SUNDAY...THE STRONG SURFACE HIGH WILL REMAIN
NEARLY STATIONARY FAR NORTH OF THE REGION EARLY NEXT WEEK.
