.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PROGRESS SOUTHEASTWARD
THROUGH THE GULF OF MEXICO OVERNIGHT...THEN STALL NEAR THE
FLORIDA PENINSULA WEDNESDAY. A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
WILL MOVE WEST TO EAST THROUGH THE FLORIDA KEYS WEDNESDAY. AHEAD
OF THIS LINE...FRESH TO STRONG SOUTHERLY BREEZES WILL DEVELOP
ACROSS ALL COASTAL WATERS. BEHIND THE LINE...WINDS WILL SHIFT TO
THE WEST AND SLOWLY DIMINISH. THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DRIFT
NORTHEASTWARD WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...ALLOWING
WINDS AND SEAS TO SUBSIDE ACROSS ALL COASTAL WATERS.
