THE GRADIENT TIGHTENS BETWEEN AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE
MID ATLANTIC STATES AND A TROPICAL SYSTEM MOVING EAST OF THE
BAHAMAS. CAUTIONARY CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE BY TUESDAY.
