...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NORTHEASTERN ELLIS COUNTY WILL EXPIRE
AT 430 PM CDT...

THE BULK OF THE WATERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE LEVEE BREACH ON BEAR
CREEK HAVE RECEDED AND THERE IS NO IMMEDIATE THREAT FOR RUSHING
WATER THROUGH THE BREACH...THEREFORE THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL BE
ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.

THERE IS STILL EXTENSIVE LOW LAND FLOODING ALONG THE RIVERS AND
CREEKS IN THE AREA.  RESIDENTS ARE URGED TO MONITOR THE FLOODING
SITUATION CLOSELY AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IF
NECESSARY.

NEVER DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADS...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN!
