  SOUTHERN DICKINSON COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1124 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OF 2 TO 4 INCHES FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE
  WARNED AREA. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
  ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE WARNED AREA.

  HOPE...
  WOODBINE...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. FLOOD WATERS OVER ROADWAYS CAN BE NEARLY
IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE AFTER DARK. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN DRIVING
INTO LOW AREAS. IF YOU LIVE IN A LOW LYING AREA, BE PREPARED TO MOVE
TO HIGHER GROUND IF NEEDED...AWAY FROM RISING WATER.
