  EASTERN CHEROKEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  EASTERN DELAWARE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  NORTHWESTERN SEQUOYAH COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN MUSKOGEE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHEASTERN OTTAWA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  WESTERN HASKELL COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  WESTERN LATIMER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* AT 109 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A
  LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING NORTH INTO EASTERN
  OKLAHOMA. SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PAST 24
  HOURS...WITH ANOTHER ONE TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON HOURS. WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED...FLASH
  FLOODING IS LIKELY TO OCCUR. WHILE PRECIPITATION MAY TAPER OFF IN
  SOME AREAS DURING THE WARNING PERIOD...IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME FOR
  ANY HIGH WATER TO RUNOFF.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...
COUNTRY ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND
OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
