  Lumber Near Lumberton affecting Robeson County NC
  Great Pee Dee At Pee Dee affecting Marion and Florence Counties SC
  Black Creek At Quinby affecting Darlington and Florence Counties SC

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People with interests along the river should take the necessary precautions to
protect life and property from the flood waters.

...Flood Warning now in effect until Thursday evening...
The Flood Warning continues for
  The Lumber Near Lumberton.
* until Thursday evening.
* At 7:34 PM Monday the stage was 10.91 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by tomorrow morning and continue to rise to
  near 14.3 feet by tomorrow evening. The river will fall below flood stage by
  late Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet...Flood waters will affect yards in the Pines area, Coxs
  Pond area, and along River Road. Additional residential property will be
  affected between the Pepsi plant and the river on the east side of Lumberton.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Great Pee Dee At Pee Dee.
* from Wednesday morning until further notice.
* At 10:00 PM Monday the stage was 6.62 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Wednesday morning and continue to rise to
  near 23.3 feet by Saturday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 23.0 feet...Flooding will affect swamp and timberlands while also
  disrupting logging operations. Operations will likely cease and equipment not
  previously moved will remain trapped. Some farmland will have minor flooding
  especially around Britton Neck.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Black Creek At Quinby.
* from Tuesday afternoon to late Friday night.
* At 10:00 PM Monday the stage was 5.13 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early tomorrow afternoon and continue to
  rise to near 13.0 feet by Wednesday evening. The river will fall below flood
  stage by early Friday afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Floodwaters spill over into all yards of residences on
  Creekside Drive, Crooked Creek Drive and East Black Creek Road. The creek
  spills over its banks off Highway 327 in the Country Club of South Carolina.
  Floodwaters affect some yards of residences in the Country Club of South
  Carolina.
