* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 230 PM CDT

* AT 1223 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED
  PERSISTANT MODERATE RAINFALL THAT WILL LIKELY CAUSE SMALL STREAM
  FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR INDICATES THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES
  OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 930 AM.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE MEEKER
  AND SPARKS.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 INCH IS EXPECTED OVER THE AREA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IN HILLY TERRAIN MANY ROADS INCLUDE LOW WATER CROSSINGS WHICH ARE
POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS IN HEAVY RAIN.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS
FLOODED ROADS. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.  IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES
OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES AWAY.
