COLD FRONT. FAIR DISPERSION EARLY TONIGHT AS THE NOCTURNAL
INVERSION MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO MIXING IN THE BOUNDARY LAYER. WITH
DRIER AIR IN PLACE, MINIMUM RH VALUES WILL BE IN THE LOWER TO MID
20S DURING THE PERIOD. TRANSPORT WINDS FRIDAY WILL RANGE FROM 10 TO
15 MPH OUT OF THE N/NE WITH LIGHT AND VARIABLE SURFACE WINDS ON
BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE AROUND 3000 FT
