FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NE KANSAS/NW MISSOURI
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY/PLEASANT HILL MO
500 AM CDT MON AUG 3 2015

.DISCUSSION...

A WEAK COLD FRONT DROPPING SOUTH INTO MISSOURI WILL LEAVE DEWPOINT
VALUES ACROSS THE REGION A BIT LOWER THAN WHAT WE HAVE RECENTLY
BEEN USE TO. THIS WILL ALLOW AFTERNOON MINIMUM HUMIDITY LEVELS TO
TREND A BIT LOWER OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...BUT WE WILL NOT DRY
OUT TOO MUCH AS LEVELS WILL REMAIN WELL ABOVE CRITICAL LIMITS.
OTHERWISE...AS THE FRONT DROPS SOUTH TODAY SURFACE WINDS WILL TURN TO
THE EAST AND NORTHEAST WITH SPEEDS REMAINING BELOW 15 MPH.
