.DISCUSSION...

Predominantly dry conditions will prevail today across western and
north central NEB with slight chances for precipitation late
tonight. 20 to 25 percent afternoon relative humidity expected
over the Niobrara Valley and parts of the northern Sandhills
today.

Looking ahead to next week, conditions continue to look favorable
for wetting rains and active weather at times. Best chances appear
to be Tuesday-Tuesday night and Thursday-Thursday night. Of
which, there is a slight chance for severe weather Tuesday
afternoon/Tuesday evening wherein storms could provide beneficial
rainfall to parts of southwest NEB and north central NEB.
