A STORM SYSTEM WILL IMPACT THE REGION TONIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING...
PRODUCING WIDESPREAD PRECIPITATION. MOST OF THIS WILL BE RAIN THIS
EVENING WITH THE RAIN GRADUALLY CHANGING TO SNOW FROM NORTH TO SOUTH
OVERNIGHT TONIGHT AND INTO THE DAY ON SUNDAY.  SNOWFALLS IN EXCESS
OF 6 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE OVER EXTREME NORTHEAST MISSOURI AND WEST
CENTRAL ILLINOIS...BUT AMOUNTS WILL TAPER OFF RAPIDLY AS YOU HEAD SOUTH
...AND SNOWFALLS OF AN INCH OR LESS ARE EXPECTED ALONG AND SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 70. BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED FOR MUCH OF THE
