.DISCUSSION...Winds increase this morning ahead of another system
that will bring widespread low valley rain and mountain and East Side
snow. Winds will become moderate to strong from the Cascades eastward,
especially in the high terrain. A wetter system will arrive Sunday
afternoon with widespread wetting precipitation expected, lasting
through Monday morning. Snow levels with this system will generally
be between 2000 and 3000 feet. West winds will again become gusty in the
high terrain Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. A break from
precipitation is expected late Monday into Tuesday morning. A very
wet system is expected late Wednesday through Friday.
