Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Washington and North Idaho
National Weather Service Spokane WA
254 PM PDT Sun Jul 23 2017

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 3 AM PDT
MONDAY FOR WINDS AND LOW RH FIRE ZONES 677 and 684...

...

.DISCUSSION...

A dry cold front passage this evening will bring windy and
gusty conditions to the Cascades...the Okanogan Valley and
the western Basin districts. In addition to the winds, humidity
recoveries will be poor tonight and again Monday night in these
districts. The winds will decrease by Monday afternoon.
Temperatures Monday will be 3 to 5 degrees cooler but RH values
will remain low with very dry air ushered in behind the front.
Warm and dry conditions will continue into next week with a small
chance of mountain thunderstorms developing around Wednesday.
