.DISCUSSION...
Very hot conditions will continue into the weekend, with isolated
thunderstorm activity confined to far eastern and southeastern
parts of Arizona. Humidity will gradually increase this weekend,
but humidity values will still fall to near 10-15% following fair
overnight recovery. Deep boundary-layer mixing will result in very
high Haines indices approaching 6 during the afternoon. Winds
will generally remain light and only have the typical afternoon
upslope gusts and overnight drainage components.
