...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

A FEW VERY ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
ACROSS THE SPRING MOUNTAINS, SIERRA, AND EASTERN MOHAVE COUNTY
TODAY. OTHERWISE, A SIGNIFICANT WARMING TREND WILL BEGIN TODAY AND
PEAK OVER THE WEEKEND, WITH NEAR RECORD HEAT POSSIBLE FRIDAY THROUGH
SUNDAY.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT WILL STRENGTHEN OVER CALIFORNIA BRINGING AN
INLAND WARMING TREND WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR INLAND AREAS WARMING
TO 15 TO 20 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THE
MARINE LAYER WILL BECOME SHALLOWER INTO NEXT WEEKEND. FOR NEXT
SUNDAY AND MONDAY...A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO
CALIFORNIA BRINGING A COOLING TREND AND DEEPENING OF THE MARINE
LAYER.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

A WEAK UPPER LOW MOVING SOUTH ACROSS ARIZONA WILL CIRCULATE SOME
MOISTURE INTO FAR EASTERN ARIZONA TODAY RESULTING IN A FEW HIGH
BASED AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN
EAST OF PHOENIX...WITH BETTER CHANCES ALONG THE MOGOLLON RIM AND
WHITE MOUNTAINS. PATCHY BLOWING DUST MAY RESULT ACROSS PORTIONS OF
THE SOUTH CENTRAL DESERTS. STORM CHANCES WILL DIMINISH WEDNESDAY.
OTHERWISE...NEAR NORMAL HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL WARM A FEW
DEGREES WEDNESDAY AND HUMIDITY LEVELS TODAY AND WEDNESDAY WILL BE
LOW...MOSTLY RANGING FROM 6 TO 12 PERCENT. WINDS WILL BE RELATIVELY
LIGHT BUT LOCALLY BREEZY WEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED IN THE LATE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING OVER THE CENTRAL DESERTS EACH DAY.
