IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE.

DISCUSSION...
A FEW SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE ALREADY FORMED EARLY THIS
AFTERNOON ACROSS THE NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS. ADDITIONAL STORMS WILL
CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. VERY LIGHT WEST TO
SOUTHWEST STEERING FLOW WILL STEER STORMS THAT DEVELOP OVER THE
SAN JUAN MOUNTAINS TOWARD THE WILDFIRE. BEST CHANCE FOR STORMS
APPEARS TO BE MID TO LATE AFTERNOON...THOUGH ANOTHER ROUND OF
SHOWERS AND STORMS MAY ARRIVE LATE TONIGHT. THE OTHER CONCERN
TODAY IS POOR VENTILATION DUE TO LOW MIXING HEIGHTS AND WEAK
TRANSPORT WINDS.

FOR TODAY
CLOUDS/WEATHER......MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
                       LIKELY.
   CHC OF PRECIP.......60 PERCENT.
   TEMPERATURE.........MAX 76-80.
   RELATIVE HUMIDITY...MIN 36-41 PERCENT.
20 FOOT WIND........EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS 5 TO 8 MPH. GUSTY
                       AND ERRATIC WINDS EXPECTED NEAR
                       THUNDERSTORMS.

FORECASTS FOR WINDS ARE 20 FOOT WIND SPEEDS AND MUST BE ADJUSTED
ACCORDING TO FUEL TYPE AND SHELTERING TO GET EYE LEVEL WIND SPEED.
