ARCTIC COAST TONIGHT. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE TO THE WEST WILL BUILD
OVER KOTZBUE AND KOTZEBUE SOUND LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING. LOW CEILINGS AND
VISIBILITIES WILL IMPROVE WEDNESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES IN OVERHEAD.
