.DISCUSSION...High pressure will prevail across the region for
the next several days. Gusty winds will ease off tonight before
returning on Wednesday. The warm and rain-free conditions
will continue through late week. RH values will have excellent
recoveries tonight, to near 100%, and will only fall to about
50% on Wednesday afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (15-25 percent). Patchy fog late
                    in the night.
Min temperature.....Around 65.
