.DISCUSSION...A FAST MOVING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE MID
ATLANTIC STATES TODAY AND NORTHEASTWARD AWAY FROM THE REGION
TONIGHT. CLOUDS WILL MOVE INTO THE BURN AREA BY IGNITION TIME WITH
WINDS BEING A HIGH CONCERN. CURRENT WESTERLY WINDS AROUND 8 MPH
WILL RAPIDLY INCREASE THIS MORNING BECOMING WESTERLY AT 12 MPH
GUSTING TO 20 AROUND 10 AM...THEN FURTHER INCREASING TO 16 MPH
WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. WINDS WILL
REMAIN 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH OVERNIGHT. MINIMUM
AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE AROUND 40 PERCENT AT 3PM.
WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG AND GUSTY FROM THE WEST ON TUESDAY WITH
AROUND 12 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 20 MPH FOR THE LATE MORNING THROUGH
AFTERNOON HOURS.
