DRY AS YESTERDAY WITH RH VALUES ONLY REACHING THE LOW TO MID 30S.

20 FT WINDS WILL REMAIN EASTERLY THROUGHOUT THE BURN BUT WINDS
ABOVE THIS IN THE MIXING LAYER WILL HAVE A SOUTHEAST COMPONENT
WHICH COULD TAKE PLUMES IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION OF THE SOUTH
ATLANTA METRO PORTIONS ALTHOUGH DISPERSION VALUES WILL BE GOOD
THROUGH AFTERNOON.

AS FAR AS FOG...JUST A SLIGHT CHANCE OF PATCHY FOG IN WIND
SHELTERED AREAS...OTHERWISE WILL JUST BE PLENTY OF LOW CLOUDS WITH
