.DISCUSSION...High pressure will dominate the pattern over the local
area today and through Friday. Above normal temperatures and mostly dry
conditions are expected through most of the weekend. A few isolated
showers are possible Friday and through the weekend. Sustained winds
are expected to be less than 15 mph and min relative humidity values
will be well above critical values. Isolated wind gusts near 20 mph will
be possible during the afternoon hours with the passage of the sea-breeze.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...Areas of late night and morning fog
are expected the next several days. The fog may be locally dense.
