NORTHWEST...THEN SWITCHING TO THE SOUTH BY LATE AFTERNOON.
TEMPERATURES WILL WARM INTO THE MID 70S...WHICH WILL PROMOTE DEEP
BOUNDARY LAYER MIXING /LIKELY ABOVE 10K FEET/. HOWEVER...WINDS
