.DISCUSSION...Morning fog should clear between 8 and 9 AM this morning.
Skies will be mostly cloudy for the rest of the day and winds will be
consistent from the south at 5 to 10 mph.  Winds will shift to the
southwest this evening as a front approaches and then abruptly
shift to the northwest between 2 and 4 AM as the front passes by.
Tomorrow will be sunny and dry with RH values dipping to 28% in the
afternoon.  Winds will be from the Northwest at 10 to 15 mph with
gusts to 20 mph tomorrow.  The fog potential for tonight will be low
tonight due to the expected clouds, showers, and winds in advance of
the front.  Fog is not in the forecast, and is not expected to develop.
