.DISCUSSION...
Modest southerly breezes today with a surface low pressure trough over the
northern Texas Panhandle. A dryline will be located just to the west later
today with some cumulus expected but a capping inversion will prevent
thunderstorms from developing. Winds expected to back to southeast late this
afternoon and evening before veering to southwesterly later tonight. Humidity
recovery tonight may be less than recent nights with the veered wind flow.
A cold front will move southward through the project a little after daybreak
Thursday.
