.DISCUSSION...
High pressure is anchored over the area through today into early Thursday.
Today, light and variable winds will become east around 5 mph. Although
there will be sea breezes along the east and west coasts of South Florida,
they should not have a significant impact on the location of the Pines Wildfire.
While an isolated shower or thunderstorm cannot be completely ruled out prior to
1pm, coverage of thunderstorms will be higher after that time, especially around
mid afternoon. Dispersion values will be on the low side today, peaking out
in the low 20s this afternoon. A similar weather pattern can be expected through
Thursday, although Thursday has somewhat lower rain chances and slightly higher
dispersion values.
