HENCE THE VERY LIGHT SOUTHERLY WINDS AT THE NOON HOUR. BY 2 PM...WINDS
WILL BECOME MORE SOUTHWESTERLY AND STAY OUT OF THAT DIRECTION THE REST
OF THE DAY...SO ANY SMOKE WILL BE CARRIED AWAY FROM THE NEARBY NEIGHBORHOOD
AND DOWN INTO THE RIVER VALLEY. SPEEDS WILL BE FAIRLY CONSISTENT BETWEEN 5
AND 10 MPH WITH MINIMAL GUSTS. STILL LOOKS LIKELY FOR TEMPERATURES TO REACH
70 AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON...WHICH WILL ALLOW THE HUMIDITY TO BOTTOM OUT IN
THE UPPER 40S.
