.DISCUSSION...SEVERAL WEATHER DISTURBANCES WILL ROTATE NORTHWEST
ACROSS THE AREA TODAY AS A LARGE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES NEAR THE
COAST.  A FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL BE MOVING INTO THE CASCADES TONIGHT
AND WILL STALL ALONG THE CASCADES THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE
FRONT WILL REMAIN ALONG AND JUST EAST OF THE CASCADES WITH A GOOD
BAND OF MOISTURE THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THEN MOVE EAST ON
THURSDAY.
