TO 25 MPH. THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOWS OF 30 TO 40 MPH IN AND AROUND
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE AS WELL LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE
EVENING. EXPECT WEAKER NORTHWEST FLOW ON THURSDAY WITH A REPEAT OF
