.DISCUSSION...
Near critical fire weather conditions will develop across the
western half of West Central Texas, with borderline red flag
conditions for the prescribed burn area in Runnels County.
Humidity values will fall to under 15 percent Thursday afternoon,
with gusty southwest winds of 15 to 18 mph at the 20 foot level
gusting to near 25 mph at times.

Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions will develop
across much of the area on Friday due to low afternoon relative
humidities between 10 and 20 percent and gusty northwest winds.
