LAST INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS ACROSS SOUTHEAST ARKANSAS, NORTHEAST
LOUISIANA, AND THE DELTA REGION OF MISSISSIPPI. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS
OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED.
