...MINOR TO MODERATE COASTAL AND RIVER FLOODING CONTINUES...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Northeast Florida,
Southeast Georgia and the Adjacent Coastal Waters.

.DAY ONE...Rest of Tonight...

Moderate flooding continues on portions of the St. Marys and
Santa Fe River basins, with minor flooding on the Satilla River
basin in southeast Georgia and upper portions of the Suwannee
River. A coastal flood advisory is in effect for minor to
moderate flooding along the St Johns River basin during times of
high tide.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday...

Building ocean swells and increasingly rough surf are expected
from Hurricane Maria beginning on Friday. A Small Craft Advisory
for Hazardous Seas will likely be required for the offshore waters
by Friday afternoon and the near shore waters by Friday night. A
high risk of rip currents is expected at area beaches from Friday
through early next week. Minor coastal flooding and beach erosion
will be possible at area beaches during times of high tide this
weekend.

Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected on
Friday in northeast Florida, with scattered to numerous
thunderstorms possible on Saturday afternoon. A few strong
thunderstorms will be possible in north central Florida and
the Suwannee Valley on Saturday afternoon, with strong winds,
hail, and frequent lightning strikes possible in these locations.

Minor to moderate river flooding will continue in multiple river
basins this weekend.
