EXTENDING FROM 19 NM WEST OF REVERE TO 18 NM NORTH OF PROVIDENCE TO
20 NM NORTHWEST OF CRANSTON...MOVING EAST AT 45 KNOTS.

HAZARD...WIND GUSTS 34 KNOTS OR GREATER.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED.

IMPACT...SMALL CRAFT COULD BE DAMAGED IN BRIEFLY HIGHER WINDS AND
         SUDDENLY HIGHER WAVES.
