...AREAS OF FOG THIS MORNING OVER THE BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS...

THE COMBINATION OF MOIST ONSHORE FLOW AND THE COOL SEA SURFACE
HAS RESULTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF FOG OVER PORTIONS OF THE BAYS
AND NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS. PREDOMINATE VISIBILITIES WILL RANGE
FROM 2 TO 4 NAUTICAL MILES. YET...PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH
VISIBILITIES OF 1 NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS WILL ALSO OCCUR OVER THE
BAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS. AS A RESULT...NAVIGATION WILL BE
DIFFICULT.

IF DENSE FOG STARTS TO BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD THEN A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY WILL BE ISSUED.

AFFECTED MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR RAPID CHANGES TO
VISIBILITY. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
HARBOR.

CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING.
