...AREAS OF FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO 2 TO 4 NM THIS
MORNING...

AREAS OF FOG WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING ALONG THE MIDDLE TEXAS
COAST...AS WARM MOIST AIR MOVES OVER THE SLIGHTLY COOLER SHELF
WATERS. VISIBILITIES WILL LIKELY RANGE BETWEEN 2 AND 4 NAUTICAL
MILES...WITH ISOLATED LOCATIONS EXPERIENCING VISIBILITIES 1
NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS AT TIMES. AT THIS TIME...VISIBILITIES OF 1
MILE OR LESS ARE NOT EXPECTED OVER A LARGE AREA...SINCE SHELF
WATERS ARE ONLY SLIGHTLY COOLER THAN THE MOIST AIR MOVE OVER IT.
MOST OF THE FOG THIS MORNING CAN BE EXPECTED OVER AREAS NORTH AND
EAST OF PORT ARANSAS NEAR THE COAST AND OVER THE BAYS.

NEVERTHELESS...MARINERS ARE URGED TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE
MARINE FORECAST WHEN PLANNING AND CONSIDER POTENTIAL IMPACTS
FROM FOG. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD BE CAREFUL WHEN NAVIGATING IN FOG.

THE FOG SHOULD LIFT BY NOON...ALTHOUGH HAZY CONDITIONS WILL BE
POSSIBLE OVER SOME LOCATIONS THIS AFTERNOON.
