AT 440 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
WITH HEAVY RAIN AND CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 9 NM SOUTH OF LONG BAY TERRACE...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 25 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  LONG BAY TERRACE AROUND 500 AM EDT.
  SUNSET MID SHELF BUOY AROUND 530 AM EDT.
  GARY ENNIS REEF AROUND 535 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS RESULTING IN POOR
VISIBILITY. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS
