THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM CAPE FEAR NC TO LITTLE RIVER INLET SC OUT 20
  NM...
  COASTAL WATERS FROM SURF CITY TO CAPE FEAR NC OUT 20 NM...
  WATERS FROM SURF CITY TO CAPE FEAR NC FROM 20 TO 40 NM...

AT 128 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW
BOUNDARY...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS AND AN
ABRUPT WIND SHIFT TO WESTERLY (FROM THE WEST). THIS OUTFLOW WAS
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 19 NM NORTHWEST OF SURF CITY TO
NEAR OCEAN CREST PIER...MOVING EAST AT 65 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS A OUTFLOW WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...AND
COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING
MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED WHEN THESE STORMS REACH THE NEARSHORE
WATERS.
