A LARGE WESTERLY SWELL WILL PEAK TODAY RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS
BREAKING WAVES NEAR SHORE...AS WELL AS TO VULNERABLE HARBOR
ENTRANCES SUCH AS VENTURA AND MORRO BAY HARBORS. SUCH WAVES HAVE A
HISTORY OF CAPSIZING VESSELS OF ALL SIZES...BUT ESPECIALLY
SMALLER CRAFT.
