PATCHY DENSE FOG CONTINUES OVER EASTERN LONG ISLAND SOUND.
VISIBILITIES ARE HIGHLY VARIABLE THIS MORNING. LOCALLY REDUCED
VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 1 MILE WILL BE NEAR THE IMMEDIATE
COAST...AND IN NEARBY INLAND WATERWAYS.

THIS FOG WILL DISSIPATE BY AROUND 10 AM.

MARINERS ENCOUNTERING RESTRICTED VISIBILITIES SHOULD REDUCE
VESSEL SPEED AND SOUND THE APPROPRIATE FOG SIGNAL.
