  COASTAL WATERS FROM TARPON SPRINGS TO SUWANNEE RIVER FL OUT 20
  NM...

AT 715 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS... CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND
WATERSPOUTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED FROM THE NEARSHORE
WATERS ALONG THE NATURE COAST DOWN TO THE MOUTH OF TAMPA
BAY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES AND POSSIBLE WATERSPOUTS. BOATERS SHOULD
SEEK SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
METAL OBJECTS.
