URGENT - MARINE WEATHER MESSAGE

...Dense fog impacting the Laguna Madre and nearshore Gulf waters...

.Locally dense sea fog has formed and will persist through the
morning hours. The fog will continue to spread across the Laguna
Madre with very poor visibilities across much of the region from
Port Isabel to Port Mansfield and points north. Fog to thin this
afternoon over the Laguna but may stay dense in some locations over
the Gulf waters.

...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST TODAY...

The National Weather Service in Brownsville has issued a Dense
Fog Advisory, which is in effect until noon CST today.

* VISIBILITY...one mile for less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one mile. Inexperienced mariners...
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
