SEAS ARE SLOWLY SUBSIDING BUT WILL REMAIN SOMEWHAT ELEVATED OVER
THE OUTER GULF WATERS THROUGH AROUND MIDDAY.

MORNING HOURS...WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTH AT 15 TO 20 KNOTS
BEFORE BECOMING NORTHWEST AND DIMINISHING FURTHER AROUND NOON.
