* WINDS...BECOMING NORTHWEST TO 30 KNOTS LATE THIS EVENING
  INCREASING TO GALES TO 35 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. GUSTS TO 40 KNOT
  GALES CONTINUING INTO EARLY TUESDAY EVENING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 12 TO 16 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL 20 FOOT BY
  LATE TONIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO TUESDAY. WAVES SUBSIDING TO 8
  TO 12 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL 15 FEET WAVES TUESDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
