ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 2 PM EDT SATURDAY.

* WINDS AND WAVES: A SOUTHWEST WIND WILL INCREASE TO NEAR 20 KNOTS
  THIS AFTERNOON AND THEN SHIFT TO THE NORTH TONIGHT. SEAS WILL
  BUILD TO 8 FEET IN THE GULF OF MEXICO LATE TONIGHT, WITH ROUGH
  WAVES ON LAKE OKEECHOBEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
