* WIND AND WAVES...WESTERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 30 KNOTS WILL RISE TO
  GALE FORCE AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON. WAVES OF 2 TO 5 FEET WILL ALSO
  BUILD TO 4 TO 6 FEET THIS AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...WINDS ARE ANTICIPATED TO REACH GALE FORCE AGAIN AFTER 3
  PM PDT OVER THE CENTRAL STRAIT OF JUAN DE FUCA AND AFTER 5 PM
  PDT OVER THE EAST ENTRANCE TO THE STRAIT OF JUAN DE FUCA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
