...Hazardous seas to continue through Friday...

.Building surface high pressure north of the region will produce
hazardous seas across the local waters and all passages due to
fresh to strong east northeast trade winds creating rough seas.

* WINDS...East winds of 15 to 25 knots with higher gusts.

* WAVES/SEAS...Seas 5 to 8 feet with occasional seas up to 10 feet
  increasing to 12 feet occasionally 14 feet by mid week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
