WILL LIKELY DIMINISH SLIGHTLY ON TUESDAY...BUT SHOULD CONTINUE AT
LEAST AT 20 TO 25 KNOTS THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.

ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
