ACROSS THESE AREAS THROUGH MIDNIGHT. NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS MAY STILL
REACH 25 TO NEARLY 40 MPH ON OCCASION MAINLY ACROSS THE HIGHER PEAKS

VISIBILITIES MAY STILL DROP TO A MILE OR TWO...PERHAPS BRIEFLY A BIT
LESS...IN ANY LINGERING HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN
WITH SNOW COVERED...SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS CONTINUING. LOCALIZED
FOG PATCHES MAY ALSO DROP VISIBILITIES TO NEAR A MILE OR LESS IN
SPOTS ACROSS THIS AREA...BUT THIS SHOULD BE THE EXCEPTION RATHER
