NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. WHILE LITTLE IF ANYTHING WILL BE GOING
ON EARLY TONIGHT ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION...BRIEF HEAVY SNOW SHOWERS
AND GUSTY WINDS...WILL BECOME MORE NUMEROUS...AS WINDS SHIFT MORE
TO THE NORTHWEST OVERNIGHT. SOME SNOW SHOWERS COULD MAKE IT AS FAR
SOUTH AS INTERSTATE 80 AFTER MIDNIGHT. OVERALL...THE HEAVIEST SNOW
WILL BE MAINLY NEAR THE NEW YORK BORDER...WEST OF BRADFORD. PERSONS
TRAVELING OVERNIGHT SHOULD BE ALERT FOR WIDE RANGE OF CONDITIONS.
